The B6269 crossed the moors to the north of the Yorkshire town of Leyburn.
The road started on the A684 in Leyburn town centre and headed north over Bellerby Moor and Downholme Moor. After going through Downholme village the road descended into Swaledale, where it ended on the B6270.
The road was upgraded to Class I status later in the 1920s. It became part of the A6108, which it remains.
