The B6215 is a short link road on the southern edge of the south Lancashire town of Ramsbottom.
The road starts in the short section of open country between the suburbs of Bury and Ramsbottom by turning west off the B6214. It heads northwest along Brandlesholme Road and soon becomes residential. Eventually a T-junction is reached in the centre of Greenmount and we TOTSO right.
The B6215 now heads north along Holcombe Road. It remains urban and soon ends at a T-junction on the A676.
