The A6053 (former B6210) over the River Croal
In the 1922 Road Lists, the number B6210 was given to the short road between Farnworth and Little Lever in south Lancashire.
By 1926, the route had, along with a section of the B6209 to the east, become a westward extension of the A6053. This remains the case today (although part of the ex-B6209 now forms a multiplex with an extended A665).
