The C108 starts on the A72 at Dalserf and climbs steeply up Manse Brae out of the Clyde Valley. After a dogleg across the C110, it continues climbing, more gently now, to the summit near the bridge over the M74. Shortly after, it crosses the B7078 at a crossroads and drops steeply down into Stonehouse, where it ends on the old line of the A71 through the town.
