The C105 winds through the north western part of Uddingston. It starts at a fork on the B7071 and meanders north west along Old Glasgow Road to pass under the railway. At the roundabout after the bridge, it turns left onto Kylepark Drive, which curves round close to the Clyde to meet the re-routed B758 Blantyre Farm Road. This is a new road, which does not use the old line of the C105 closer to the river.
