This article is about the Class III road numbered C13 maintained by South Lanarkshire Council.

For other roads numbered C13, see C13.
The C13 forms a lengthy loop to the west of the B7078. It starts at the grade separated junction at the north end of Lesmahagow and initially follows the original line of the A74 into the town. However, just before reaching the town centre, it forks right onto New Trows Road to leave the town behind. This then meanders southwards, crossing the River Nethan, and continuing to Coalburn, where it turns east through the village. The route then turns left at the T junction at Netherburn and runs north east to rejoin the B7078 at Cairnhouses.
