For other roads numbered C111, see C111.
The C111 starts at a forked junction on the A72 north of Larkhall immediately to the west of the M74 overbridge. It then winds round to enter the town on Duke Street. After crossing the B7019 and B7078, it follows Raploch Street, turning right onto McNeill Street, and then dropping quite steeply down Millheugh Brae to reach the River Avon. Across the bridge, it turns sharp left to follow Millheugh Road as it climbs more gently out of the valley, before dropping down once more to cross the river again on the edge of Stonehouse. The route then climbs up the hill to the town, crossing over the A71 bypass and following Argyle Street into the centre. The old line of the A71 through Stonehouse does not appear to be a C or classified road.
