The A3045 was a short link road in the Cornish town of Lostwithiel.
The original route of the A390 ran along North Street - and the A3045 was a loop off this road along The Parade and Fore Street.
The road lost its number with the construction of the Lostwithiel bypass and today the road is part of the B3268 one way system in town.
