The B5167 is an urban B-road in south Manchester.
It starts at traffic lights on the A560 in Baguley - and not too far from Altrincham and heads north along Ferndown Road before making an unsigned TOTSO right onto Wythenshawe Road. It continues east passing to the north of Wythenshawe Park before reaching a set of traffic lights.
The road coming in from the left is the B5166 and ahead is a multiplex although there is debate as to which road is dominant. Most road signs claim that the B5166 is dominant but maps, including the 1923 MoT map have the other opinion. The multiplex goes through a diamond GSJ with the A5103 before continuing into the centre of Northenden. The B5166 turns off to the right (it is signposted along an unclassified road before the road with the actual number) before the B5167 goes under the M60 and over the River Mersey in quick succession. After passing a golf course it returns to the urban area and crosses the A5145 at traffic lights.
The B5167 continues north along Palatine Road into Withington. It ends at traffic lights on the B5093 (former A34), where that road has to TOTSO.
