The B5184 was a short link road to the north of Liverpool city centre.
It started on the A5046 Great Crosshall Street and headed northeast along Marybone and up Bevington Hill before ending on the A59 Great Scotland Street just south of that road's junction with the B5182 Burlington Street.
The B5184 no longer exists. It has been severed with the building of the A5053 Leeds Street. Furthermore, its northern end is now lost under the approach roads to the Kingsway Tunnel. The route of the B5184 is, therefore, difficult to follow on aerial photography let along one the ground.
