The B5180 is a suburban link road in southeast Liverpool. The road was originally unclassified but had gained its number by 1932.
From a light-controlled junction with the A562 and A5058 in Allerton it runs southeastwards for 3.5 km to join the B5171 close to Liverpool South Parkway railway station, Garston. The route is dual-carriageway throughout.
