The B1336 is a short urban B-road in east Essex between Frinton on Sea and Walton on the Naze in Essex. The road was built in the mid-1920s, replacing an earlier private road along Walton Cliffs and was an early example of a recycled number
The road starts at a mini-roundabout on the B1033 where that road turns south over the level crossing by Frinton on Sea station. The B1336 heads east, briefly alongside the railway line, along the residential Walton Road. We pass Pedlars Wood (the "back way" into Frinton) after which a few bends take us into the centre of Walton on the Naze. The road ends at a TOTSO on the B1034 by All Saints Church. Continue ahead for the High Street.
