The B1391 is a fairly short B-road in south Lincolnshire. The road was originally unclassified but gained its number in the mid-1920s.
The road starts on the A52 near Swineshead and heads east across the flat land typical of this part of the country. We go through the hamlet of Blackjack before reaching the village of Kirton End, where the B1192 crosses at a staggered crossroads.
Following a short run northeastwards via Frampton the road reaches Wyberton. It ends here at a T-junction on the B1397 (former A16).
