The designation B1367 was allocated around 1 April 1925 to roads connecting the A13 (later the A124) and the A123 on the west side of Barking town centre.
Starting on the A124 London Road the B1367 headed north along North Street before bearing right into Queen's Road, passing over the railway line. After zigzagging along Church Road and into Tanner Street the road ended on the A123 Ilford Lane.
The route was later extended to the south along Abbey Road and then east along St Pauls Road to rejoin the A123 Ripple Road. Later still, it was declassified when the Barking Ring Road was built; this has destroyed part of Queen's Road.
