This article is about the second B1358 in north Lincolnshire.
For the original B1358 in south Lincolnshire, see B1358 (Holbeach Clough - Fleet Hargate).
For the original B1358 in south Lincolnshire, see B1358 (Holbeach Clough - Fleet Hargate).
The northern B1358 was a road connecting the A160 (and the A18) to Immingham Docks. It started on the A160 between Wootton and Croxton from where it headed eastwards to briefly multiplex with the B1211 at Ulceby. from there it headed to Killingholme and then onwards to Immingham Docks.
Originally the B1358 was a series of unclassified roads, but was given its number in around 1960. The rise of Immingham Docks then led to the road being upgraded to a re-routed A160 in 1969. After the current A160 was built, the former B1358 west of Ulceby became part of a re-routed B1211, with the part between Ulceby and the new A160 becoming part of a re-routed A1077.
