Route outline (key)
B5096 Rhosymedre - Acrefair
Cefn-mawr

The B5096 is a short link road in eastern Denbighshire.

Starting on the B5605 (former A483) in Rhosymedre and heads south-west, it quickly goes over the Shrewsbury to Chester railway line before descending steeply into Cefn-mawr, where the road narrows.

The main road through Cefn-mawr is largely S1, with priorities painted on the road surface in places. It goes round a sharp bend to the right and starts to head northwards before widening again.

Continuing north, the B5096 reaches Acrefair (pronounced as in Welsh, rather than English), where it ends at a T-junction on the A539.
