The B5032 is a rural B-road in east Staffordshire.
It starts at a mini-roundabout on the southern edge of Cheadle town centre and heads east, quickly leaving town. The road climbs up to Alton Common before skirting Alton itself.
The next section of the road can get very busy as it is the signposted route from the A50 to Alton Towers. However, it is only a couple of miles to Denstone where the B5031 turns off to the right at a roundabout, taking this traffic with it. After crossing the River Churnet and climbing Quixhill Bank the B5032 reaches a T-junction where it has to TOTSO left, the road to the right being the B5030.
The road now heads roughly northwards into the village of Ellastone before turning sharply right and following the River Dove upstream (not particularly closely). After crossing a hill it contours round to Middle Mayfield and then Mayfield itself. It goes through the centre of the village before ending at a T-junction on the A52. The Hanging Bridge across the River Dove is just to the right.
