The A4075 runs along the eastern side of the Daugleddau from west of Narbeth to Pembroke.
It starts at a roundabout on the A40 to the east of Canaston Bridge and heads south, passing the Oakwood Theme Park and meeting the A4115 at Cross Hands. Presently it runs along the edge of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park before reaching Carew and a roundabout on the A477.
The road multiplexes west with the A477 for about 2 miles before continuing into the centre of Pembroke where it goes under the railway line just before ending at a roundabout on the A4139.
Except for a small upgrade at the northern end, the Canaston Bridge to Carew Cheriton section of the A4075 is unchanged from 1922. The road was extended into Pembroke in the late 1920s along what was the B4320.
