The former B5384 (now A544) at Clwt
Unclassified in 1922 the B5384 number was assigned to the Bylchau – Llanfair Talhaiarn road later in the 1920s, and is shown on the 1930 Michelin map.
In 1935 the road was upgraded to Class I status. It became the A544 which it remains.
