The B5241 is a short link road in the Lancashire village of Burscough.
The road starts at traffic lights on the A59 and heads southeast along Junction Lane. Although the road is straight to begin with it then bends to cross a bridge over the Preston to Ormskirk railway line adjacent to Burscough Junction station (which retains that name even though it is no longer a junction). This bridge is narrow and therefore flow is controlled by traffic lights.
On the far side of the railway the road continues southeast for about the same distance again, although this stretch is not as straight. It passes a set of traffic lights which only serves the ambulance station before ending at a mini-roundabout on the A5209 (former B5239) Square Lane on the southern edge of the village.
