The B3244 was a north-south road to the west of Plymouth city centre.
The road started on the B3241 at the western end of North Road and headed south along Stoke Road. It met the B3243 King Street before continuing on to cross the A389 (present A374) Union Street.
After bearing left to pass Millbay station, which was closed after being bombed during World War II, the road reached the original western end of the A38 and then continued south along West Hoe Road into the docks, where it ended.
Today, following extensive post war redevelopment in Plymouth, the road is unclassified although the majority still exists on its original line.
