The B4064 was a rural B-road across the Cotswolds.
It started in Wotton under Edge, at the triple point of B4058, B4063 and B4064. It headed west and left town along Gloucester Street.
The road skirted the summits of Wetton Hill, Nibley Knoll and Stinchcombe Hill. After meeting the B4065 it entered Cam, where it ended on the B4066 (soon upgraded to A4135.
In 1935, the road was renumbered as a northern extension of the B4060, which it remains.
