For the original B4025 in Woodstock, Oxfordshire, that was quickly upgraded to A4095, see B4025 (Woodstock).
For a later version of the B4025 near Norton, Gloucestershire, see B4025 (Norton).
The B4025 is an urban B-road running through Solihull. Except for the eastern end, which was part of the mainline of the A41, the road was originally unclassified. It gained its number in 1935.
The road starts at a large roundabout on the A34 in Hall Green and heads east along Solihull Lane. There are a few shops to begin with but the road soon becomes residential. It is a wide, tree-lined road, fairly straight but with a few sharp corners.
After passing the cemetery the road remains residential, crossing a roundabout and then widening to cross a green. The houses then return and we cross the Snow Hill Line to the north of Solihull station before descending into the town centre. The original eastern end of the B4025 is reached at a signalised roundabout on the B4102.
The B4025 is now the junior partner in a multiplex along the B4102 around the town centre relief road. It follows a D2 route, cannoning off the B425 at the next roundabout before becoming single-carriageway briefly. At traffic lights by Solihull School the B4102 bears left and the B4025 continues ahead, becoming S2 immediately. The road is residential once more and quickly reaches a roundabout. From here the B4025 ends as east-facing sliproads to the A41, reaching that road just before M42 J5.
