The B4012 is a short rural B-road in east Oxfordshire connecting Thame to the London-bound A40 / M40.
Route
It starts on the A40 on the edge of Postcombe and heads northwards. It passes no villages en route but does skirt Thame Park.
Originally the B4012 ended in Thame on the B4011. However, the town is now bypassed, so the B4012 TOTSOs right on the southern edge of town (signposted Through traffic). It forms the southern and eastern side of the bypass (crossing the B4445 at a roundabout in the middle) before ending on the A4129.
