The B4021 was a fairly short B-road in west Oxfordshire.
The road started on the B4020 in Clanfield and followed a winding course northeastwards via Bampton and Curbridge to end on the A40 on the nearside of Witney.
The B4021 was quickly upgraded to Class I status, becoming part of the A4095 in the mid-1920s. It remains this number.
