The B4376 is a short B-road to the south of Telford.
It starts on the B4373 to the south of Broseley and heads westerly through Willeypark Wood before passing the hamlet of Barrow, home of one of the oldest churches in Shropshire, where it crosses the Jack Mytton Way.
Half a mile further on the road reaches a T-junction. The road to the right is the B4375 and the B4376 must TOTSO left. It soon reaches Much Wenlock. The B4376 used to meet the B4378 in the centre of town but that was later rerouted along New Road and is now part of the A4169.
The current (and original) route of the B4376 through town is along St Mary's Road; the B4376 TOTSOs left, signposted through traffic. However, for much of the 20th century the B4376's route was along the parallel High Street, which is now one-way towards Broseley. Both roads end on the A458.
