The B745 is a short B-road in west Lanarkshire.
It starts at a crossroads on the A71 by the church in Drumclog, and narrows immediately as it curves round to the right to head south through the small village. At the bottom of a short hill, it runs through an old railway embankment (where the actual bridge has been removed) before crossing a stream. The route then continues to wind south across reasonably flat terrain before turning sharp left at an unlined crossroads to cross the Glengavel Water on Glengavel Bridge. The route then heads east-north-east for a couple of hundred metres before bearing right to start climbing, quite steeply, out of the shallow valley. It ends soon afterwards at a T-junction with the B743 (former B744) opposite Dungavel House, now an immigrant detention centre. Apart from the two stream bridges, none of the route sits below 190m, and the summit is the B743 junction at 241m, making it one of the higher routes in Southern Scotland.
