The C10n starts on the A710 immediately to the north of New Abbey Bridge in the picturesque village of New Abbey, home to the famous Sweetheart Abbey. It then meander westwards, following the river upstream to Loch Arthur, where it follows the shore before dropping down to meet the A711 at Beeswing.
