This article is about the Class III road numbered C18n maintained by Dumfries and Galloway Council.
For other roads numbered C18, see C18.
For other roads numbered C18, see C18.
The C18n is an odd road. It is always coloured white on old OS mapping, suggesting a track or private road, and Open Street Map still mark it as such. However, modern OS mapping colours it yellow, and the Google car travelled along the route unhindered in late 2010. It should be assumed, therefore, that this route is still open, despite some apparent evidence to the contrary. It starts on the A701 near Fulton and heads east, dropping down the hill towards the Water of Ae, and coming to an end just above the bridge on the C16n.
