On the B962, approaching Ardestie Junction from the south
The B962 is a short link road in south Angus.
It starts at a mini-roundabout on the A930 on the northern edge of Monifieth. From here the road heads north along Panmure Street and quickly leaves town, then crosses the fields and climbs to reach the A92. We go under the A92, the roads connected by a simple GSJ (Ardestie Junction).
On the far side of the A92 the B962 continues to climb before reaching a junction a quarter mile south of the village of Newbigging. The road ends here, at the point where the southwestbound B961 Pitairlie Road TOTSOs right into Drumsturdy Road.
An amended OpenStreetMap trace for this route awaits uploading to the SABRE Wiki.
