The B4482 is a short road in the north of Worcester. It was unclassified for many years then the majority had become part of the A4536 by 1977. Downgrading that road in the 2000s gave the B4482 its present number.
The road starts at a roundabout on the B4550 in the Brickfields area of the city, where that road zigzags under the railway line and the B4482 takes on its northerly route. We follow the residential Astwood Road past the cemetery then bear round to the left. Bilford Road, the one-time A4536 soon comes in from the right but we have priority.
We now continue west along the remainder of Bilford Road. After crossing the Worcester & Birmingham Canal we run between a recycling centre and a golf course and then become residential once more. After passing a school playing field the road ends at a roundabout on the A38.
