The B4466 is a short link road to the west of Bristol city centre. The road was originally part of the B3123 but it gained its number when the boundary between the 3 and 4 zones was moved in the late 1920s.
The road starts at a roundabout on the A4 and heads north along Jacob's Wells Road. There's a wall to the right beyond which is the park of Brandon Hill and we bear clockwise around this. Soon the road becomes built-up on both sides. As we pass Queen Elizabeth's Hospital (actually a private school) the road becomes D1 and changes its name to Berkeley Place. We pass a multi-storey car park and go under a footbridge before ending at traffic lights on the A4018 Clifton Triangle gyratory.
