The B4468 is an urban B-road to the north of Bristol city centre. It was originally unclassified and presumably gained its number in the late 1920s.
The road starts at a gyratory where the A4018 and A4176 meet on the edge of Durdham Down and heads east past Bristol Hospital along Redland Hill. This road is surprisingly flat to begin with but soon starts to descend and shortly a roundabout is reached, where we turn left. The B4468 then takes the second right, as shown by the road markings, to continue along Coldharbour Road.
We pass a pub and a row of shops but this road is mostly residential. We continue vaguely northeastwards and run into Kellaway Avenue, which is greener. A couple of open spaces (and a hedge shielding us from Tesco) are passed. Presently we cross Horfield Common on a tree-lined avenue, ending on the far side at a T-junction on the A38.
