The B13 is a short route at Jurby. It starts at a T junction on the B3 as it turns south, and winds north west across the fields to reach the A10 less than a mile later. There are no other junctions along the route, and only a couple of houses. However, in conjunction with the B4 to the south, it does sort of serve a purpose.
