The B2 is a short and unremarkable route towards the north of the island. It starts on the A17 in the middle of Andreas and heads north along Leodest Road as it snakes through the village. Before long it passes the last house and heads out across the fields, winding a little at first before straightening up. There are a scattering of houses along the roadside, although a long break in the middle with just a single property. After passing a small group of houses set amongst some trees, the route comes to an end at a T junction on the A10 Coast Road.
History
As originally numbered in the 1920's, the route was given the B5 number. It had been renumbered as the B2 by 1963, although it is not entirely clear why as the B5 number was re-used at nearby Jurby.
