The B15 is a very short link to the north west of Ramsey town centre which links the A9, Bowring Road with the A13, Jurby Road via Richmond Road. It runs in a south westerly direction along a curving road between large detached houses, starting at a simple T junction and ending at a crossroads.
Continuing ahead at the crossroads, a narrow unclassified road leads down to a deep ford of the Sulby River, with another road, Gardeners Lane, continuing past new housing estates to the A3 beyond. Although there is no evidence that such a thing has been considered, let alone planned, a bridge and road improvements on this route would provide a useful connection, allowing some traffic to bypass the busy junctions in the town centre.
