C1248 (Highland)

Of all of the roads in the vast Longman Industrial Estate to the north of Inverness, Stadium Road seems an unlikely candidate as the only C road. Yet, as the C1248 it holds that unlikely claim to fame. Other roads were previously B roads, but only this, perhaps the newest road in the area, is a C road. It starts at the Longman Roundabout on the A9, and heads north, then west past Inverness Caledonian Thistle's Stadium, following the shore round under the Kessock Bridge and terminating just beyond the Harbour entrance at the junction with Longman Drive.
