This article is about the Class III road numbered C198 maintained by DfI Roads. For other roads numbered C198, see C198.
The C198 starts on the A3 on the edge of Milford just outside Armagh and heads south through the village. After doing so the road crosses the Callan River twice (between which a spur links to the A29) as it turns to the south west. Soon the road encounters a multiplex with the C197, where the C197 number claims the length of the multiplex. The C198 resumes to the south east and meets the A29. Just south of here the road runs along a link to the B3 east of Keady. The final section of the road leads from the B3 through the east of Keady and ends on the A29 at Darkley.
