The C351 runs out the south west side of Banbridge in County Down. Starting at a roundabout on the A26, the route follows Commercial Road initially before turning west onto Linenhall Street and Ballygowan Road. Ballygowan Road continues south west and heads out of the town. Before long the road ends at a crossroads with the C350, the ahead road being U class.
