The C368 forms a group of urban routes in the south of Bangor in north Down. The first part of it consists of Rathgael Road running between the A2 (Belfast Road) and the A21 at a roundabout on Bangor Road, as well as a spur along Clandeboye Road as far as the A2 West Circular Road. The second part of the route starts on the A21 (Bangor Road) a bit further south and follows Green Road out of the town to the C252 just north of the roundabout at Six Road Ends.
